Accuracy and completeness
We make reasonable efforts to keep federal data fresh. Each page displays a Last refreshed stamp and links back to the official record. However:
- Federal datasets refresh on a weekly to quarterly cadence.
- Providers may move, retire, or change practice names between refreshes.
- HPSA designations change as local conditions change.
- Medicaid acceptance is administered state by state — we provide a Medicare-enrollment proxy, not a definitive answer.
For the most current information, always confirm with the provider's office and your state's licensing board.
