Response SLA: we reply to most messages within five business days. Time-sensitive corrections (wrong provider data, incorrect HPSA flag, OIG exclusion not reflected) are triaged inside two business days.
What goes in the email
- Corrections. Include the page URL, the field that looks wrong, and what the correct value should be — ideally with a link to the upstream source we should have caught.
- Takedowns. Include the URL, what you'd like removed, and your relationship to the page (provider, family member, legal counsel). See our editorial policy for what we will and won't take down.
- Press & partnership. Include the publication or organization, the angle, and your deadline.
- Bug reports. Include the URL, the browser, and what you expected vs. what happened.
What we can't help with
- Booking a dentist. We don't schedule appointments — call the practice number on the provider page.
- Medical advice. None of our content is clinical guidance.
- NPPES corrections. Those have to be filed directly with CMS NPPES; once they're live upstream, our next refresh will reflect them.
