What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Cookies have legitimate uses (keeping you logged in, remembering preferences) and abusive uses (cross-site tracking, behavioral profiling).

None at the moment. We do not maintain user accounts, we do not run client-side analytics, and we do not run advertising scripts.
Cookies set by third parties embedded on this site
- Mapbox — when you load a dentist profile page that includes the optional map, Mapbox may set a small number of functional cookies on the
api.mapbox.comdomain to serve map tiles efficiently. See mapbox.com/legal/cookies. - Affiliate partners — when you click an affiliate referral link, the destination site may set its own cookies on their domain. We do not control those cookies; check the partner's policy.
Local storage / session storage
We do not use browser local storage or session storage to track you. Some interactive components (e.g., menu open/close state) use in-memory state only — nothing is persisted to disk.
Server-side logging
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (IP, user agent, path, status code) for security and operational diagnostics. These are not cookies — they are server logs that exist whether or not your browser stores any data. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention.
How to control cookies
Modern browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, clear stored cookies on a schedule, or use private/incognito mode. Browser-specific instructions:
Blocking cookies will not break this site, since we don't depend on cookies for any feature. The Mapbox embed may not load if all third-party cookies are blocked.

If we ever begin using cookies for analytics or any other purpose, we will update this page and surface a meaningful notice in the footer.
